Yoga is usually attributed to the combination of two or more things. This is the reason you will hear the word “Yog” in areas like mathematics, Sanskrit, Astrology, Physical problems, and various other fields. Now let us discuss how Yoga helps in reducing the Creatinine level by increasing GFR. Creatinine is a waste compound found in blood and urine. Low levels of creatinine indicate that your kidneys are healthy and vice-versa. Though, a healthy kidney removes excessive waste compounds itself, in case of damaged kidneys, these waste compounds accumulate and increase creatinine level.
