  1. All types of grains, including wheat, millet, Jowar, buckwheat, corn, rice, and sprouted grains, are salubrious for you.

  2. You can eat all kinds of vegetables. 

  3. In fruits, show your trust only in citrus fruits in moderation, and consume juicy fruits in the correct quantity.

  4. You can also include some special drinks in your diet, like coconut water, sugarcane juice, lemonade, carrot, beet juice, fruit juice, vegetable juice. 

  5. Plus, you can make soup for yourself.


Note: Avoid canned juices. 


But you also have to keep in mind that whatever you eat, eat within a limit and only when you feel hungry. 


How to Keep Your Kidneys Healthy


Now, let's create a diet plan that will fight for your kidneys well-being - 



  1. Have breakfast in the morning between 7 to 8 o'clock.

  2. Start with a cup of green tea or milk and almonds. 

  3. For breakfast, take Poha, Upma, salty porridge, thin potato parathas, stuffed parathas of vegetables, oats, sprouted grains, or even regular Roti with vegetable curry. 

  4. Around 11 o'clock, take coconut water or an apple, guava, berries, pineapple, papaya, etc. 

  5. For lunch, Roti, lentils, rice, salad, and curd are the best. 

  6. Drink water after half an hour of your meal, don't drink water while eating.

  7. Between 4 and 5 o'clock you can have a cup of tea with two biscuits, 

  8. Eat dinner between 8 to 9 o'clock.

  9. In which, you can eat Roti and vegetable curry.
